Birmingham, England, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Lynn Statham has been named Head of People at PJH, bringing extensive HR leadership experience and expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. In her new role, she will focus on enhancing PJH’s people strategy, fostering a strong workplace culture, and driving HR initiatives that support business growth.
Prior to joining PJH, Statham was Head of HR at Culina Group Limited, where she led HR strategy, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives to support the company’s expansion.
Before that, she spent over 15 years at TPN – THE Pallet Network, where she served as Head of HR. In this role, she played a pivotal role in building HR structures, strengthening employee relations, and developing talent strategies for one of the UK’s leading pallet networks.
Earlier in her career, Statham worked as an Interim Human Resources Consultant for the Royal Shakespeare Company, leading HR projects and strategic people initiatives. She also held senior HR roles at Gap and Esporta, gaining valuable experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, and workforce development.
She holds a CIPD Postgraduate Degree in Personnel Management from Coventry University, equipping her with strong expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, and employee well-being.
