Before her tenure at Pro-ficiency, she held the position of Business and Human Resource Manager at Animal Eye Clinic/Skyline Veterinary Specialists for approximately 4 years, where she developed and implemented HR and business strategies that supported both employee development and operational efficiency. Her experience in managing hybrid teams was key to driving engagement and high-performance standards.
Laughridge’s early career includes roles at North Carolina State University – College of Veterinary Medicine as a Medical Billing Specialist and Client Service Representative, providing her with foundational skills in client relations, billing, and research support.
