United States – August 2024 – ShaRhonda Jointer has been named the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Ozinga. In her new role, ShaRhonda will be leading the company’s HR strategy, focusing on enhancing the overall people agenda, ensuring alignment with Ozinga’s mission and values, and driving impactful human capital initiatives across the organization.
Prior to stepping into her new role as Chief Human Resources Officer, ShaRhonda served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Ozinga for over three years, where she led HR strategy and drove the people agenda. Her leadership was crucial in maintaining Ozinga’s strong family-oriented culture and supporting the company’s growth.
Before joining Ozinga, ShaRhonda was the Head of Human Resources for North America at dunnhumby, where she spent more than three years. In this position, she was pivotal in driving HR strategies that supported the company’s customer-centric initiatives.
Earlier in her career, ShaRhonda was the Director of Human Resources at Radial Inc. for approximately one year, where she managed HR initiatives to enhance the company’s omnichannel commerce operations.
She also held the role of HR Manager, People and Environment, at Method Products PBC for about two years, where she led HR functions related to the launch of a new manufacturing facility in Chicago. Her experience also includes several years at PepsiCo and Kraft Foods, where she gained significant HR expertise.
