Reading, England, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Maddy Woodman has stepped into a newly expanded role as Head of Partnerships, Platforms & Products at People & Transformational HR Ltd (PTHR). In this strategic position, Maddy is responsible for leading the partner ecosystem — from HR tech platforms and tools to strategic collaborators, content co-creators, and learning allies — while aligning partnerships with PTHR’s consulting and learning offerings.

In her new role, Maddy will build joint opportunities with partners, manage operations such as CRM, contracts, and GDPR compliance, and develop campaigns that spotlight partners’ contributions to wider HR trends. She will also continue her work on two high-impact initiatives: the HR 3.0 community and the HRBP Evolution project, further amplifying PTHR’s impact on the future of HR.

Previously, Maddy served as Head of Learning Innovation at PTHR for over two years, where she focused on leadership development, organizational transformation, and learning design rooted in behavioral science. She specialized in crafting dynamic learning programs and shaping DEI philosophies within the organization.

Before her time at PTHR, Maddy worked independently for nearly two years, providing freelance consulting in learning innovation, product management, and diversity & inclusion. Her initiatives focused on designing play-based learning tools like microcourses through Real-Time U and delivering impactful workshops using methods such as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.

She previously spent over nine years at Henley Business School, rising to the role of Learning Manager where she led flagship leadership programs, developed the “Success Studio,” and championed inclusive learning practices. Her extensive background includes roles in student development, executive coaching, and community engagement — all built upon a solid academic foundation, including a master’s in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London.
