Dubai, United Arab Emirates, December 2025 – Madhavi Sahasrabhojane has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Kwality Global, marking a strategic return to the organization where she previously served in a leadership capacity. In her new role, she will lead the People & Culture agenda across Kwality’s global operations, bringing her vast HR and executive hiring experience across regions.
Prior to this appointment, Madhavi Sahasrabhojane served as Executive Search and Leadership Hiring Leader at Personnel Search Services Group, where she contributed to senior-level talent strategies and executive hiring for close to two years. Her expertise in talent acquisition, especially for top leadership roles, significantly shaped client organizations during this period.
Before that, she held a similar position at FIDIUS Advisory, where she was instrumental in building strong leadership teams for client companies. She also had an earlier stint at Personnel Search Services Group, highlighting the trust and continuity she maintains with key search firms in the region.
Her earlier roles include serving as Head of HR at Madain Properties in Dubai, where she led the HR transformation and cultural initiatives during a period of real estate growth. Notably, this is her second tenure at Kwality Global, where she previously worked as Head of HR Strategy for nearly four years, contributing to strategic talent management and organizational effectiveness.
Over the course of her career, Madhavi has also held leadership and consulting roles at OCTAL – an Alpek Polyester Business, Lobo Management, Persistent Systems, CONCOURSE Computer Services Limited, and ADCC Research & Computing Centre Ltd., gaining broad exposure across HR business partnering, training, and executive consulting. She holds an MBA in HR & IT from Nagpur University.
