Rushton Bradshaw Appointed as Global Head of Learning at Vodafone

London, England, United Kingdom, December 2025 – Rushton Bradshaw has taken on a new role as Global Head of Learning at Vodafone, marking a significant leadership transition within the global telecommunications major. In his new position, he will oversee Vodafone’s global learning strategy, talent capability development, leadership programs, and workforce readiness agenda across international markets.

In his most recent tenure at Vodafone, Rushton served for nearly a year in a senior leadership role managing Global Learning, Talent Acquisition and Management – Operations and Technology, where he led large-scale global learning operations, governance frameworks, learning technology, vendor ecosystems, and workforce capability strategies impacting nearly 95,000 employees worldwide. His leadership was instrumental in optimizing global learning platforms, content strategies, and talent development ecosystems.

Prior to this, he spent close to three years as Global Learning Operations and Technology Senior Manager at Vodafone, where he drove the operational backbone of Vodafone’s global learning and talent experience. During this phase, he managed governance, budget, vendor optimization, content creation, and global learning technology, significantly enhancing workforce capability delivery across more than 100,000 employees globally.

Earlier, Rushton held multiple leadership positions within Vodafone including Global Learning and Talent Technology Senior Manager, Global Learning & Development Academy Manager – Frontline, and Global Learning Programme Lead, where he designed and scaled global frontline capability academies, enterprise learning platforms, leadership frameworks, and learning experience models across 20+ global markets.

Before moving into enterprise learning leadership, he built strong commercial and operational leadership credentials at Vodafone through roles such as National Franchise Manager, Regional Retail Manager, and Customer Experience Project Manager, strengthening customer experience, talent progression, performance excellence, and people leadership at scale.
