Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2026 — TVS Motor Company (TVSM) has announced the appointment of Madhu Srivastava as President & Group Head – Human Resources, where she will lead the Group’s people and organisation agenda as the company accelerates its global expansion across mobility, financial services, and real estate. Announcing the appointment, Sudarshan Venu, Chairman, TVS Motor Company, highlighted her strategic role in strengthening the organisation’s human capital capabilities.
Prior to joining TVS Motor Company, Madhu served for over a decade at Vedanta Resources Plc, most recently as President & Group CHRO, where she led enterprise-wide people strategy for a workforce of over 100,000 employees. As a strategic advisor to the Group Chairman, Vice Chairman, and CEO, and a member of the Management Committee, she drove organisation design, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and large-scale transformation initiatives. During her tenure, she built a strong global leadership pipeline, digitised performance frameworks, strengthened diversity and inclusion, and played a pivotal role in organisational integration and change management.
Earlier at Vedanta and Cairn Oil & Gas, she led Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, transforming the Group’s global talent landscape through leadership hiring, international branding, and the launch of global leadership and internship programs. She also established robust succession frameworks and innovative engagement and rewards programs that strengthened retention and performance across the organisation.
Madhu previously held senior HR leadership roles at Citibank India and Genpact, where she led large-scale recruitment transformations, built high-performance talent pipelines, and delivered significant productivity and cost efficiencies. Her earlier career includes leadership positions at Reliance Infocom, GE Capital, and Godrej, spanning telecom, financial services, and consumer industries, where she developed deep expertise in operations, sales, and organisational growth.
An alumna of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Madhu brings cross-industry experience across natural resources, oil & gas, financial services, telecom, and manufacturing, with recognised strengths in leadership development, talent acquisition, and cultural transformation.
