Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, February 2026 — Kylie White has started a new position as Head of Human Resources at Anglicare Sydney, where she will lead the HR business partnering function supporting the organisation’s Residential Care division.
In her new role, Kylie White is responsible for guiding people strategy, workforce planning, and employee relations initiatives to strengthen organisational capability across Anglicare Sydney’s care services. Her appointment reflects Anglicare Sydney’s continued focus on building strong, people-centred leadership to support its mission-driven operations.
Prior to joining Anglicare Sydney, Kylie served as Head of Human Resources at Sunnyfield Disability Services, where she led HR business partnering and later expanded her remit to include rostering teams. During this tenure, she played a key role in major organisational initiatives, including the implementation of a Salesforce-based CRM and rostering system, restructuring accommodation services, addressing underpayment remediation, and rolling out workforce roster reviews in partnership with operational leaders.
Earlier in her career, Kylie held senior HR leadership roles across prominent community and care organisations, including Uniting, The Benevolent Society, Hardi Aged Care, Civic Disability Services Limited, and Allity Aged Care. She began her HR career in workplace relations and advisory roles, building a strong foundation in employee relations, organisational development, and workforce transformation across the aged care and disability services sectors.
