Annecy, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France, June 2025 — Salomon, the global leader in outdoor sports equipment, has announced the appointment of Magali Clément as Chief People & Culture Officer. In this role, Clément joins the Executive Committee and will lead the company’s people strategy, culture transformation, and employee experience agenda, supporting Salomon’s ambitious growth and innovation trajectory.

Prior to joining Salomon, Magali Clément served as Group Head of Human Resources at Christian Louboutin Group for over 13 years, where she was a key member of the Board of Directors. She led a global HR team supporting more than 2,000 employees across 40 countries, driving strategy and operational excellence for the entire organization, including retail, design, finance, and manufacturing functions.
Previously, Clément was Head of HR and Legal at ZILLI Group, where she oversaw both human resources and legal matters for the luxury menswear brand. Her role encompassed policy development, compliance, and talent strategies to support business growth.
Earlier in her career, she held the role of HR and Legal Director Northern Europe at TOD’S Group & Roger Vivier, steering HR and legal operations for a wide geographic region. Her leadership was instrumental in strengthening talent pipelines and supporting international expansion efforts.
Her experience also includes serving as Legal and Licences Director at Christian Lacroix, and as Legal and Property Manager at Bally France. Across these luxury brands, Clément has consistently demonstrated her ability to build effective people practices, foster cultural transformation, and develop high-performing, globally diverse teams.
