New Cairo, Egypt, September 2025 — Maha Younis has been appointed as the Group Head of Human Resources at Falcon Group, marking a significant milestone in her nearly decade-long journey with the organization. Based in New Cairo, she brings a strong track record of HR leadership and operational excellence to her new role.
In her journey with Falcon Group since 2016, Maha served as Human Resources Supervisor, where she played a critical role in managing core HR functions across the organization. Her responsibilities included maintaining HR systems for over 1,600 employees, ensuring compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law, streamlining hiring and exit processes, and delivering strategic reports to senior management. Her dedication and leadership over the years paved the way for this new leadership elevation.
Before joining Falcon Group, Maha held various administrative and finance roles. She worked as an Administrative Assistant at Cairo Zone for Kung Fu, where she contributed to operational support over a span of seven and a half years. Earlier, she also served as an Accountant at Karma Center, and as an Office Manager at Elshatiby Academy, where she honed her skills in office coordination, data management, and stakeholder communication.
Maha’s well-rounded experience in human resources, accounting, and office management, combined with her deep familiarity with the organizational culture at Falcon Group, positions her ideally to lead the company’s people agenda into its next phase of growth and transformation.
