Pune, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Anand Patil has been elevated to the role of Vice President & Global Head – Learning & Development at Persistent Systems Ltd., marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey within the organization.
In his new role, Anand Patil will lead the global Learning & Development strategy, driving capability building, leadership development, and future-ready workforce transformation initiatives aligned with Persistent Systems’ growth and innovation agenda.
Prior to this elevation, Anand Patil served as Associate Vice President – Learning & Development at Persistent Systems, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening enterprise-wide L&D frameworks and scaling capability-building initiatives. Before that, he held the position of General Manager – Learning & Development, contributing to the design and execution of strategic learning interventions across the organization.
Earlier, he was associated with KPIT as Senior Director – Learning & Development, where he led large-scale learning transformation initiatives and built robust leadership development ecosystems.
He also worked as an Entrepreneur, gaining independent experience in consulting and capability development initiatives before transitioning back into corporate leadership roles.
Prior to that, Anand Patil held the role of Associate Director at Cognizant Technology Solutions, followed by Solutions Delivery Manager at NetCracker, where he gained strong exposure to delivery management and client engagement in global markets.
He spent over nine years at Infosys Technologies Ltd., serving as Senior Project Manager, managing complex telecom portfolios including mobility, VoIP, broadband, and convergence solutions for global clients.
He began his career as an Associate Consultant at Kanbay Softwares Pvt. Ltd., building a strong foundation in consulting and technology delivery.
