London, United Kingdom, January 2025 – Mahbub Mannan has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at BRAC International, where he will lead the organization’s global human resource strategies, focusing on leadership development, talent management, and organizational culture across 16 countries.
Before joining BRAC International, Mahbub Mannan served as a Principal Organisation Development Consultant at Oracle for approximately four years, where he specialized in organizational development, leadership transformation, and talent management strategies.
Prior to that, he was the Chief Consultant & Managing Director at HRX Consulting for around nine years, focusing on HR strategy, talent development, and cultural change across industries such as FMCG, telecom, and financial services in both the UK and Bangladesh.
Earlier in his career, he held the role of HR Director – Global Operations & Supply Chain at APV UK, a division of SPX Corporation USA, where he led HR strategies across Europe, the US, and China. Additionally, he served as Senior HR Manager at FLAG Telecom, providing HR support for the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia Pacific regions.
He also spent around six years at British American Tobacco (BAT), where he served in leadership roles such as Group Organisation Development Manager – Leadership & Culture and Human Resources Director for North Africa, focusing on leadership development, HR strategy, and talent management across multiple regions.
