In this role, he will drive innovative, culturally resonant campaigns for Grey’s global client portfolio, shaping the future of brand communications with data-driven creativity and digital-first thinking.
Mahesh was most recently with VML, where he served as Senior Creative Director, delivering award-winning work across categories such as FMCG, financial services, technology, and healthcare. His campaigns for ICICI Bank, Maxx Flash, Unipads, and Parachute Advansed Hair Oil were noted for blending insight-led storytelling with business impact and social relevance.
Prior to VML, Mahesh spent close to five years at Ogilvy & Mather, progressing from Senior Copywriter to Creative Supervisor. At Ogilvy, he contributed to iconic campaigns for Savlon Handwash, Taj Mahal Tea, Amazon Kindle, Amazon Echo, and JSW Cement. His work earned 12 Cannes Lions, including two Grand Prix, and was featured in the Drum Top 100 Creatives in the World and ranked #2 on the WARC Global Top Campaigns list.
Mahesh is also credited with crafting viral TikTok campaigns that crossed 27 billion views, redefining what creative engagement means in the digital era. With a proven track record of elevating brand narratives, he brings a dynamic perspective to Grey’s mission of delivering famously effective ideas for the world’s leading brands.
