Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Mahi Rath has been appointed as Chief People Officer and Partner at Carlson Hall Solutions, marking a significant step in the company’s journey to accelerate growth and deliver next-generation IT talent solutions. In this new role, Mahi Rath will drive people strategy and partner closely with leadership to strengthen a high-trust, high-performance culture as the firm scales its global offshoring footprint.
Prior to joining Carlson Hall Solutions, Mahi Rath served at AHEAD as Senior Director, People & Culture, and earlier as Director, People & Culture, where she played a pivotal role in building consultative HR practices and supporting technology-driven transformation for leading organizations. Her time at AHEAD was marked by a people-first approach and the design of innovative talent solutions.
Before AHEAD, Mahi Rath spent over three years at Rackspace Technology in Gurugram, advancing from Manager, Global Talent Development and Racker Experience, to Senior Human Resources Manager. Here, she led the entire gamut of HR operations, including talent development, HR business partnering, and employee experience, further establishing herself as a leader in dynamic, global HR environments.
Earlier in her career, Mahi Rath was an HR Business Partner at Carlson Hall Solutions, where she supported the company’s initial growth phase, as well as held HR roles with Centrient Pharmaceuticals, International SOS, PAL Group, and NCR Corporation, building experience across sectors and geographies. Her journey began with a human resources internship at Tata Steel, where she developed a foundational understanding of industrial HR practices.
