Hyderabad, Telangana, India – November 2024 – Mahua Chakraborty has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Global Tree, where she will lead HR operations, talent management, and strategic initiatives to support the company’s mission of enabling global education. With over a decade of HR experience, Mahua is well-positioned to enhance Global Tree’s employee experience and foster a culture of innovation and growth.
Mahua joins Global Tree from Scadea Solutions, Inc., where she served as Global HR Manager overseeing HR operations across India, the US, and Canada. During her tenure, she led initiatives in HR policy formulation, training, and development, significantly enhancing the company’s global HR framework and operational effectiveness.
Prior to that, she held the role of HR Generalist at VISHVA ELECTROTECH LIMITED, where she managed end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and policy development, contributing to a streamlined HR process and improved employee engagement.
Her HR journey began at Jupiter Solar Power Limited as an Executive Administration & HR Coordinator. In this role, Mahua developed her expertise in HR coordination and administration, supporting the company’s talent management and operations.
She started her career at FACT Software Group as an Associate in Kolkata, where she gained foundational experience in administration and HR support functions, setting the stage for her successful HR career.
