Stockholm, Sweden, July 2026 — Syncron has appointed Bianka Hay-Falk as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective July 1, 2026. In her new role, she will lead the company’s global people and culture function and report directly to Josh Weiss, Chief Executive Officer of Syncron.
Bianka joins Syncron with extensive experience in human resources, organizational development, compensation and benefits, talent strategy, and people transformation. Over the course of her career, she has built a strong track record of leading people and culture initiatives across global organizations, driving organizational effectiveness and supporting business growth through strategic talent management.
Prior to joining Syncron, Bianka spent nearly six years at Hexagon AB, where she held several senior leadership positions. Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff, People & Culture Innovation Hub and Director of People & Culture Corporate Office, leading organizational development initiatives and strategic people programs. Earlier, she was Global Human Resources Business Partner, Innovation Hub, where she focused on strategic HR leadership, succession planning, and talent initiatives across global teams.
Before Hexagon AB, Bianka served as HR Manager at Leica Geosystems, part of Hexagon, where she strengthened her expertise in leadership development, succession planning, and people management. She also spent nearly eight years with Swarovski, holding leadership positions including Head of Compensation & Benefits and Compensation Benefits Manager, driving rewards strategy and HR metrics initiatives. Earlier in her career, she served as Head of Internal Services, Head of Master Data Management, and Customer Care Manager at Sparkasse der Stadt Feldkirch, building broad experience across operations and people leadership.
Her appointment marks the next chapter in Syncron’s growth journey as the company continues to advance its people strategy, strengthen its organizational capabilities, and support its long-term business ambitions.
