McLean, Virginia, United States, June 2026 — Revolutional has announced the appointment of Kelly Demaitre as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, Demaitre will lead the company’s human resources strategy, talent acquisition, talent development, and employee experience initiatives as Revolutional continues to scale its operations and strengthen its people-first culture.

Demaitre brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience across the government technology and professional services sectors.
Prior to joining Revolutional, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Capital at Everforth ECS, where she led the company’s human resources, recruiting, and enterprise-wide career development and culture initiatives.
Earlier, she served as Chief People Officer at Karsun Solutions, where she led strategic people initiatives supporting organizational growth and workforce development. Before that, she held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Dovel Technologies, overseeing the company’s human capital strategy during a period of business expansion.
Earlier in her career, Demaitre spent several years at CACI International, where she held multiple leadership positions, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources, leading strategic HR initiatives for one of the industry’s largest government technology organizations.
Throughout her career, Demaitre has been recognized for her contributions to the HR profession. She was named a 2020 CHRO Pinnacle Award finalist and received the 2021 DCA HR Leader of the Year award. She also serves on the Gartner DC CHRO Governing Body and as an Executive Advisory Board Member at George Mason University.
Demaitre earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland.
