Hyderabad, Telangana, India, May 2025 — Gunjan Mittal has been elevated to Director – People Experience and Operations at PepsiCo, where she will now spearhead Global Talent Management and Learning Operations. Since joining PepsiCo in 2019, Gunjan has played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s global people strategy by leading transformative initiatives in HR analytics, reporting, and learning delivery to enhance employee experience.
In her previous roles at PepsiCo, Gunjan held key leadership positions, including Associate Director – Global Talent Management and Learning Operations and Deputy Director – Global HR Reporting & Analytics, where she was instrumental in streamlining global HR processes and strengthening the organization’s learning and development capabilities. Her strategic mindset and ability to scale operations effectively have made her a trusted leader within the global HR ecosystem.
Before PepsiCo, Gunjan spent over 14 years at Deloitte, where she held various roles across talent acquisition, compensation, employee lifecycle management, and shared services operations. Her tenure at Deloitte showcased her ability to lead multifunctional teams, implement technology-enabled solutions, and deliver operational excellence at scale. Earlier in her career, she also worked with ICICI Bank, gaining experience in process training and early-stage HR operations.
In her new role, Gunjan will focus on driving global consistency in talent and learning programs, optimizing operations, and delivering scalable and impactful people solutions across PepsiCo’s global network.
