Henkel Appoints Pradhyumna Ingle as Country President for India

Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Henkel has appointed Pradhyumna Ingle as President, Henkel India, succeeding S. Sunil Kumar. In his new role, Pradhyumna will lead Henkel’s India operations while continuing to retain his global leadership responsibilities, with a strong focus on accelerating growth, innovation, and market expansion in one of the company’s most strategic markets.

A seasoned business leader with an impressive 25-year journey at Henkel, Pradhyumna has built deep expertise across adhesive technologies, industrial manufacturing, infrastructure solutions, market development, business strategy, and global leadership. Throughout his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in expanding Henkel’s market presence across India, Asia Pacific, North America, and global markets.

Prior to his appointment as President, Henkel India, Pradhyumna served as Senior Vice President & Global Head, Infrastructure Protection & Repair and IMEA Business Head, Loctite Industrial. Earlier, he was Senior Vice President & Global Head, Infrastructure Protection & Repair Business, based in the United States, where he led global business strategies and growth initiatives.

Over the years, he has held several key leadership positions at Henkel, including SVP & Regional Head, Industrial Loctite, NAMEX and Integration Lead, MRO Platform, Vice President & Business Head, Asia Pacific, General Manufacturing & Maintenance and Consumer Adhesives, Regional SBU Head, General Industry, Asia Pacific, and Business Director, General Industry, India. His career has also encompassed global market development, regional marketing, and business leadership responsibilities across India, China, Singapore, and the United States. He began his professional journey with Lincoln Helios India Ltd. as Senior Engineer – Marketing Services, laying a strong foundation in industrial technologies and market development.

As Country President for India, Pradhyumna is expected to spearhead Henkel’s next phase of growth, strengthen innovation capabilities, and further enhance the company’s position in India’s rapidly evolving industrial and consumer markets.
