Hyderabad, Telangana, India, June 2026 — CBRE has welcomed Sharmila Nanduri to its BSO Hyderabad People Team as Associate Director – People Business Partner. She joins the organization with over 19 years of experience and brings extensive expertise in human resources, talent management, workforce strategy, and business partnering gained across leading global technology organizations.
Over the course of her career, Sharmila has built a strong track record in HR strategy, stakeholder management, leadership development, talent management, workforce planning, process transformation, and business operations. Her deep understanding of people practices and strategic leadership positions her well to support CBRE’s people agenda and drive impactful talent initiatives.
Prior to joining CBRE, Sharmila served as Associate Director – HRBP at enGen Global, where she focused on stakeholder management and strategic HR business partnering. Before that, she was Lead – HRBP at ValueMomentum, leading HR strategy and leadership development initiatives. She also took a career transition break, during which she continued to broaden her perspective on talent and organizational development.
Earlier, Sharmila spent more than three years at Hitachi Vantara as Head – Talent & Business Operations, where she led talent management, succession planning, and business operations initiatives. She also had a distinguished tenure of more than eight years with Cognizant, holding several leadership positions including Manager – ANZ Talent Supply Chain, Lead – Shared Services & PMO, and roles in Global Workforce and Talent Management across India, Australia, and the United States. She began her HR career with LAYA IT Services Private Limited and also held early-career HR positions at Cognizant, building a strong foundation in talent sourcing, recruitment, and workforce planning.
In her new role as Associate Director – People Business Partner, Sharmila will play a key role in strengthening people strategies, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and supporting business growth at CBRE’s Hyderabad operations.
