Warsaw, Poland, March 2026 – Wiktor Budziosz has started a new position as Chief Financial Officer at Tequipy, bringing strong expertise in finance leadership, fundraising, and M&A to the growing global IT asset management platform.
In his new role, Wiktor will oversee financial strategy, capital management, reporting, and investor relations as Tequipy continues to simplify global IT equipment management for distributed teams.
Prior to joining Tequipy, Wiktor held multiple senior finance leadership roles at Shape Robotics (formerly Skriware), including Group CFO, VP of Finance, and CFO [PL]. During his tenure, he served as a Management Board Member, led fundraising initiatives involving investment funds, business angels, and grants, managed financial reporting and cash flow, and played a key role in an M&A transaction culminating in acquisition by a strategic investor.
Earlier in his career, Wiktor worked in Transaction Advisory Services at EY, supporting financial due diligence, business valuations, and M&A transactions. He also gained experience in audit at KPMG Poland and corporate banking at ING.
In addition to his corporate roles, Wiktor demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership as Owner and Publisher of Profit Journal, where he coordinated publishing operations and managed cash flow.
