Dallas, Texas, United States, October 2024 – Mallory Gilbert has been appointed as the new Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Signet Jewelers, where she will provide HR leadership to support the company’s Digital, IT, and Customer Connections Center (C3) organizations. In this role, Mallory will focus on driving talent strategies and supporting teams in delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences.
Mallory has been with Signet Jewelers for over six years. Most recently, she served as Director of Employee Experience, where she played a key role in initiatives designed to enhance employee engagement and create a positive work culture. During her tenure, Mallory led several enterprise-wide programs, including mentoring, team member recognition, and performance management initiatives, which significantly contributed to employee satisfaction and retention.
Prior to that, Mallory held the role of Learning and Development Partner at Signet, where she was responsible for creating learning and development programs that supported organizational growth. She was instrumental in implementing programs that fostered leadership development and continuous learning for Signet’s workforce.
Before joining Signet, Mallory worked at Fossil Group, Inc. as an Organizational Development Specialist. In this role, she coordinated training programs and facilitated leadership development initiatives. She also developed virtual training strategies and helped implement global performance and succession processes, laying the groundwork for talent management across the organization.
Earlier in her career, Mallory served as Store Manager at both Zale Jewelers and Naturalizer Outlet, where she developed strong leadership skills and was recognized for her ability to improve sales and enhance customer experiences.
