Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, October 2025 — Manesh Saroj Jhunjhunwala has joined the Shalimar Group as the Group Chief Financial Officer, bringing over three decades of rich financial leadership experience across sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, logistics, and consumer goods. In this pivotal role, he will oversee the financial strategy and performance of the Group’s diverse businesses spanning residential and commercial townships, infrastructure, hotels, malls, and roads, as the organization embarks on a major transformation journey.
Prior to joining Shalimar Group, Manesh was with Lodha Group, where he served as Deputy CFO and played a key role in driving business transformation, automation, and financial governance during the company’s successful IPO and subsequent QIPs. He streamlined processes through SAP, BPC, and Power BI integrations and led a 100-member finance team while managing investor relations and board-level reporting.
Before his tenure at Lodha, Manesh was the CFO & Commercial and Legal Head at Stellar Value Chain Solutions (a Warburg Pincus company), where he managed multiple acquisitions, drove business turnaround initiatives, and spearheaded strategic growth in logistics and cold-chain operations. His earlier experience as CFO for Agility Logistics India & South East Asia saw him leading finance, treasury, taxation, and ITES functions for a USD 6 billion logistics major, achieving significant financial restructuring and compliance milestones.
Manesh began his career with Premium Vegetable Oil Berhad (Malaysia) as Vice President – Commercial & Finance, where he was instrumental in listing the company on the stock exchange and leading large-scale expansion projects. His foundational years at PepsiCo India, where he managed finance across 17 manufacturing plants, further honed his expertise in financial planning, audit, and control.
