Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, India, July 2025 – Mangal Sain has joined Montecarlo Limited as Senior General Manager & Chief Project Officer – Water & Irrigation Projects, bringing with him over two decades of experience in project leadership across major infrastructure and engineering companies. In this new role, he will be responsible for driving project execution, strategic planning, and technical oversight for Montecarlo’s water and irrigation initiatives in India.
Prior to this, Mangal served as Executive Director at Nakshatra Engineering Solutions, where he oversaw general and business management activities, focusing on technical leadership and government interface across power plant and infrastructure projects.
Before that, he was AVP at Apco Infratech Pvt. Ltd., where he contributed to the execution and supervision of large-scale infrastructure works, ensuring efficient project delivery in a hybrid model based in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
Earlier, Mangal held the role of Senior General Manager at Dilip Buildcon Ltd., where he led EPC and construction operations for critical infrastructure projects in Madhya Pradesh. His experience at Dilip Buildcon further honed his ability to manage project complexity and timelines effectively.
He also had a long tenure of nearly 14 years at JMC Projects (India) Ltd as Sr. Deputy General Manager – Projects, where he played a key role in managing execution, client coordination, and resource planning to ensure project profitability and delivery excellence.
Earlier in his career, Mangal worked with NCC Limited as Project Manager, where he was responsible for site general management, planning, and client coordination to meet set targets on major infrastructure projects.
