Delhi, India, March 2025 – Manish Jaiswal has taken over as the Chief Executive Officer of Eldeco Group, marking a significant leadership transition at one of North India’s most trusted and respected real estate organizations. In this new role, he will be responsible for leading the company’s strategic direction and driving operational excellence across all business verticals, including residential, commercial, and industrial real estate projects.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Manish Jaiswal served as Group COO at Eldeco Group for over four years, where he played a critical role in strengthening the company’s footprint across key markets and enhancing its delivery capabilities. His deep understanding of sales management, land acquisition, business strategy, fundraising, and cross-functional leadership has been instrumental in the group’s expansion and performance.
Before joining Eldeco, he held the position of Partner & CEO at Tribeca Developers, where he led high-profile real estate ventures and luxury brand partnerships, including collaborations with global icons. Earlier at Tribeca, he also served as Partner & Head of Business Development, where he focused on scaling strategic investments and developing landmark projects.
Previously, Manish was Managing Partner at MARS Development Consulting, advising clients on growth strategies, and also held corporate roles including GM – Corporate Strategy at M3M India and Manager – Investment Analysis at InterContinental Hotels Group, where he honed his expertise in investment, hospitality, and strategic planning.
He began his business development journey with Unitech Limited and gained early exposure to the tech and engineering domains through roles at Microsoft and Tata Consultancy Services.
Manish holds a PGDM in Strategy & Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor’s in Instrumentation & Control from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
