Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2026 — Taggd has appointed Manish Malhotra as Vice President – RPO. Based in Bengaluru, he joins the organisation to strengthen its RPO leadership and support delivery excellence across client programmes, building on a career spanning enterprise RPO management, portfolio leadership, governance, and capability building.
With this move, Manish Malhotra brings strong experience in steering multi-account RPO portfolios, scaling delivery models, and partnering with senior stakeholders to convert workforce priorities into actionable talent plans. His leadership has also been closely aligned with process excellence, hiring governance, commercial performance, and building high-performing recruiting teams.
Prior to joining Taggd, Manish Malhotra led an India-based multi RPO account portfolio at Korn Ferry, steering multi-industry talent programmes that supported client growth and recruiting excellence, including support for GCC scale-up. His responsibilities included overseeing end-to-end recruiting delivery across multiple concurrent accounts, acting as a senior liaison for TA and HR leadership, chairing insight forums, standardising delivery processes and compliance, mentoring recruiting and analytics teams, and strengthening client advisory through go-to-market approaches, talent roadmaps, diversity hiring strategies, and employer branding playbooks.
Earlier, he served as Vice President – RPO at Randstad Enterprise, where he managed the Wells Fargo enterprise RPO for India and led responsibilities spanning talent delivery, growth strategy, P&L, account performance, and governance. His work included large-scale hiring delivery, SLA-focused execution, stakeholder partnership, data-driven recruitment strategies, analytics-led quality improvement, productivity benchmarking, and driving agile approaches to meet evolving business needs.
Before this, he worked with Citi India as Assistant Vice President – Talent Acquisition, leading talent acquisition for the Global Consumer Technology vertical and partnering with leadership teams on strategic workforce plans, hiring priorities, recruitment strategies, and stakeholder alignment.
Earlier in his journey, Manish Malhotra served as Head Talent Management Group at Votary Softech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., leading talent acquisition aligned to business hiring needs and building proactive pipelines through recruitment initiatives and leadership partnership.
He also held responsibilities with Robert Walters, where he supported TA solutions for Barclays India sites and contributed to delivery governance and process responsibilities across end-to-end hiring, internal mobility, recruitment coordination, and SLA adherence, along with leadership contributions aligned to TA strategy execution.
Earlier, he worked with Publicis Sapient, where he led talent acquisition delivery for global shared services IT and contributed to hiring plans, stakeholder partnership, market intelligence, reporting, and innovation in recruiting strategies, alongside campus hiring leadership.
His early experience includes roles at Amdocs and Steria, where he supported offshore account establishment, service transitions, operations and PMO processes, and workforce planning support through structured delivery and reporting.
