In this role, Manju Kygonahally will focus on enhancing regional relevance, scaling strategic partnerships, and driving differentiated offerings, while delivering long-term value to clients. His appointment aligns with LTM’s ambition to lead in the evolving agentic enterprise era, where business creativity and intelligent systems converge to drive transformation at scale.
Prior to joining LTM, Manju Kygonahally served as Chief Executive Officer – Rest of World at Birlasoft, where he led global business operations and expansion across key international markets, driving growth and strengthening client partnerships.
He also spent nearly 26 years with Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he held multiple leadership roles across business and consulting. Most recently, he served as CMT GGM Industry and Consulting Head, leading strategic initiatives across global growth markets.
Prior to that, he was Business Unit Leader – CMT, where he led large-scale business operations and delivered sustained growth across the communications, media, and technology sectors. Earlier in his tenure, he held roles including Client Partner – Communications Practice and Account Manager, building deep expertise in client engagement, business development, and global delivery.
