Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 — Manoj Yadav has been appointed as Chief Business Officer – Retail at CARS24, where he will spearhead business strategy, retail growth, and customer experience across the company’s fast-expanding operations. In this leadership role, he will focus on scaling the retail business, driving innovation, and strengthening CARS24’s market leadership in India’s auto-tech ecosystem.
Manoj has been with CARS24 for more than six years, taking on progressive leadership positions. Most recently, he served as AVP – Retail, where he led new business verticals and sales for the car retailing division. Earlier, he was Director – Region Head (South and West), successfully managing large-scale retail operations across key markets, and played a pivotal role in driving growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Before joining CARS24, Manoj worked with Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance as AVP – Marketing, Head – Digital Alliances & Business Development, where he drove digital transformation and business expansion through strategic partnerships.
Earlier in his career, he was associated with Idea Cellular Ltd., where he held roles in strategy, planning, and sales across multiple regions. His leadership experience also spans assignments at Jayashree Textiles (Linen Club), Birla Carbon, Pantaloons (Aditya Birla Group), and AREVA T&D, providing him with strong exposure across diverse industries.
With his deep expertise in strategy, retail operations, and business transformation, Manoj is well-positioned to lead CARS24’s next phase of accelerated growth in India’s dynamic automotive sector.
