With extensive experience in sales transformation, trade marketing, and route-to-market strategies, he is expected to play a critical role in strengthening Mondelēz’s presence and performance in the region.
Before joining Mondelēz International, Manshul Nagpal spent nearly 14 years at Perfetti Van Melle, where he most recently served as Sales Director for Indonesia. In this role, he led sales strategy, e-commerce expansion, and modern trade growth, ensuring strong market penetration and revenue growth across Indonesia. Prior to that, he held key leadership roles, including Sales Director – Modern Trade and eCommerce, and Head of Route-to-Market & Business Transformation, where he played a pivotal role in optimizing sales operations, digital transformation, and network expansion.

Earlier, he worked as an Associate Head – Business Transformation at Perfetti Van Melle India, focusing on sales capability development, logistics cost optimization, and innovation strategy. He also led the sales and distribution strategy for the North India region, managing a 1,100+ member team, including area managers, sales executives, and distribution partners, driving Perfetti’s largest business share in India. His expertise in channel development, trade marketing, and demand forecasting contributed significantly to the company’s market growth.
Before joining Perfetti Van Melle, Manshul Nagpal worked at ITC Limited, where he held multiple sales and marketing leadership roles. As Assistant Branch Manager – Foods, he led trade marketing and distribution for ITC’s food portfolio in North India, while as Marketing Manager – MP, he developed e-Choupal’s business strategy, enhancing ITC’s rural distribution network. His early career included responsibilities in logistics optimization, supply chain management, and FMCG product distribution across key markets in India.
Throughout his career, Manshul has demonstrated exceptional leadership in driving sales, business expansion, and operational efficiencies across multiple geographies and business verticals. His ability to blend digital innovation with traditional sales strategies makes him a valuable addition to Mondelēz International’s leadership team.
