Pune, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Allianz Technology has appointed Mansi Nigam as Chief People and Culture Officer – India, reinforcing its commitment to building a strong, people-centric organization and accelerating its talent and culture agenda in one of its key markets.
In her new role, Mansi Nigam will lead the people and culture strategy across India, focusing on driving talent strategy, enhancing employee experience, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. Her leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in aligning people initiatives with business growth and supporting Allianz Technology’s long-term transformation journey.
This appointment reflects Allianz Technology’s strategic focus on strengthening human capital, fostering innovation through culture, and enabling sustainable growth in the region.
Prior to joining Allianz Technology, Mansi Nigam spent nearly seven years at BNY, where she held multiple senior leadership roles, most recently as Senior Vice President | HR Business Partner – Global Fund Services Operations and India Operations. In this capacity, she led global HR strategy for fund services and served as a regional HR leader for India operations.
Earlier at BNY, she worked as Senior Vice President | HR Business Partner – India Engineering and Vice President | HR Business Partner – Technology and Operations, contributing significantly to talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
Before BNY, she was associated with Syngenta, where she led People & Organization Development for South Asia, focusing on learning, talent management, and organization development initiatives. She also handled strategic compensation and benefits projects across Asia Pacific.
She began her HR leadership journey with Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP, where she worked on talent management, leadership development, and global HR programs. Earlier in her career, she also worked with Tata Consultancy Services, building a strong foundation in technology and global operations.
With over 15 years of experience, Mansi Nigam brings deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, talent management, organizational development, and culture transformation, positioning her well to drive Allianz Technology’s people agenda in India.
