Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2025 – Manu Nanda has been elevated to the role of President at KNOLSKAPE, where he will focus on strengthening the company’s existing regions while driving expansion into emerging markets. In his new capacity, he will continue to champion KNOLSKAPE’s mission of empowering organizations and leaders to be future-ready through AI-powered experiential learning, enabling improved performance and stronger business outcomes.
Nanda has been with KNOLSKAPE for nearly six years, most recently serving as Chief Business Officer & Senior Vice President – Middle East & India, where he successfully drove revenue growth and expanded the company’s footprint across key geographies.
Earlier, he held the role of Chief Business Officer & SVP – Asia Pacific & India, where he provided leadership to expand business across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, China, and India, steering strategic growth and digital transformation initiatives. Prior to that, as Chief Business Officer & SVP – India & Head of Consulting, he led India operations and established a strong consulting vertical to support clients in their talent transformation journeys.
Before joining KNOLSKAPE, Nanda worked at Dale Carnegie Training India for eight years, where he rose to become Vice President & Head of Enterprise Business. In this role, he positioned the India enterprise business as a top global revenue engine, winning recognition in international forums and spearheading innovative go-to-market strategies.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Hero Mindmine, Sify Technologies, and Reliance Industries Limited (Petroleum Retail), where he managed large-scale business operations, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives. He began his professional journey with ExxonMobil and Kinetic Engineering Limited, gaining deep experience in sales, distribution, and channel management.
