Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2025 – Anadrone Systems Pvt Ltd has appointed Manu Sharma as Head of Human Capital. In this strategic role, Manu will lead the company’s human capital management, organizational development, and talent strategy, aligning people initiatives with Anadrone’s vision of technological excellence in the defence and unmanned systems sector.
Manu joins Anadrone Systems after an impactful tenure of over seven years at Hero Electric Vehicles Pvt Ltd, where he served as AVP – HR, playing a pivotal role in driving HR strategy, culture building, skill development, and talent acquisition. He also spearheaded employee wellness programs, leadership initiatives, and partnerships with institutions to create green jobs and enhance workforce capabilities.
Earlier, Manu held the position of Director – Corporate Affairs at the Society of Manufacturers of Electric Vehicles (SMEV), where he actively engaged with government bodies, industry stakeholders, and policy makers to promote electric mobility under initiatives such as FAME and NEMMP. His work was instrumental in shaping India’s EV policy landscape.
Manu began his career with Hero Group companies, holding progressive leadership roles at Hero Exports, Hero ITES, and Hero Cycles, followed by HR leadership positions within Hero Electric. Over the years, he has developed deep expertise in HR strategy, corporate governance, public policy, talent management, and organizational development. He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management from Amity University Delhi and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
