Manfredi’s impressive career includes more than 21 years at L’Oréal, where he held multiple CFO positions, including CFO for Spain and Portugal, CFO for Italy, and earlier roles in Spain. His tenure at L’Oréal was marked by strategic financial planning and significant contributions to the company’s growth in various European markets. Prior to L’Oréal, Manfredi gained extensive financial expertise at PwC Belgium and Procter & Gamble, where he developed foundational skills in treasury and financial analysis.
His track record of leading finance teams and driving business growth aligns seamlessly with Waldencast’s mission to develop innovative beauty and wellness brands that combine purpose and profit.
