Prior to joining Theoria Medical, Marcia Siguenza served as Chief People Officer at Parallel ENT & Allergy, where she led all aspects of HR during a phase of exponential growth—expanding the team and clinical footprint by 500% in just two years. She introduced scalable HR systems, market-aligned compensation plans, and unified benefits programs across locations, while maintaining a strong service culture.
Earlier, she worked as a Human Resources Consultant, offering expert HR guidance to multiple organizations. Before that, she held the position of CHRO at Pinnacle Dermatology, where she oversaw rapid expansion from 47 to 82 locations across 11 states and implemented cost-effective systems saving over $100K annually.
Marcia also served as CHRO at Clarity Clinic, where she scaled HR operations during the company’s threefold growth, implementing critical systems and compliance frameworks. Her most extensive tenure was at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, where she rose to Vice President of Human Resources over a period of 15+ years. She established and matured the HR function from the ground up, implementing performance programs, wellness initiatives, and strategic retention efforts that became a hallmark of the company’s employer brand.
