New York, United States, April 2025 – Nadia Cruz has joined Kering Beauté as the new Vice President Human Resources, marking a significant leadership addition to the luxury group’s rapidly evolving beauty division. Based in New York, Nadia will help shape the people strategy and support the business as it scales its beauty operations globally across luxury brands like Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, and Alexander McQueen.
Nadia brings over two decades of HR experience in the luxury fashion and beauty sectors. Most recently, she served at Gucci, where she spent nearly eight years in multiple senior roles, including Vice President, Talent Division and Vice President, Retail People. Her impact at Gucci included leading talent acquisition, people strategy, and workforce planning across retail operations.
Before Gucci, Nadia held a 15-year tenure with Giorgio Armani as Vice President Human Resources – Retail, where she played a pivotal role in building and developing the retail HR function in the U.S. market. She also brings foundational HR experience from companies such as Nissho Iwai American Corporation, TMP Worldwide, Prolifics, and ILX Systems, where she built her expertise across benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.
