Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, United States, April 2025 – Tyler Hernandez has joined OnTrac as Vice President Human Resources, Talent Management & Employee Experience, bringing nearly two decades of exceptional HR leadership across logistics, supply chain, and the military. In this strategic leadership role, Tyler will drive enterprise-wide HR initiatives, leading corporate and field HR teams, learning and development, employee experience, and talent strategy functions to support OnTrac’s continued growth.

Prior to joining OnTrac, Tyler served at Target for almost 17 years in various senior HR leadership roles, most recently as Senior Director of Human Resources, Global Supply Chain & Logistics. There, he partnered closely with executive leadership to deliver high-impact people strategies for over 60,000 employees, championed DEI efforts, and led a national HR team through transformational change initiatives that saved millions in operational costs.
