Albion Park Rail, New South Wales, Australia, July 2024 – Maree Healey has been appointed as the new Chief of People & Culture at Warrigal. In this role, Maree will lead the People & Culture initiatives, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace environment across Warrigal’s various services.
Maree Healey has been with Warrigal for nearly eight years. Prior to her promotion, she served as an Employee Relations Advisor from November 2016 to July 2024. In this role, she played a pivotal part in managing employee relations, developing HR policies, and ensuring a supportive work environment.
Before joining Warrigal, Maree worked at Programmed Industrial Maintenance in Unanderra, New South Wales, Australia. She held the position of HR Business Partner from October 2008 to November 2016, where she was responsible for overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, employee development, and performance management. Earlier, she served as a Contract Administrator at the same company from March 2008 to October 2008.
Maree began her career at Kmart Australia Limited, where she worked as a Retail Sales Assistant/Cash Office Clerk from October 2001 to March 2008. During her tenure at Kmart, she gained valuable experience in customer service, sales, and office administration.
