At UKG, she was a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving change management strategies, promoting high engagement, and utilizing HR analytics to guide positive organizational changes. Her responsibilities spanned career development, workforce planning, and employee relations, which played a crucial role in the company’s people strategy.

Before UKG, Margaret served as Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at Kronos Incorporated, where she supported key functions such as Engineering, Implementation, and Partner Sales. Her focus was on M&A activities, employee engagement, and global HR alignment, working closely with senior leaders to support business objectives and drive cross-functional success.

Earlier in her career, Margaret spent a decade as Director of Human Resources at Allegient (now a DMI Company), where she provided comprehensive HR guidance, focusing on talent acquisition, total rewards, and compliance. Her tenure at Allegient strengthened her expertise in fostering productive and engaged workplaces, laying a solid foundation for her HR leadership journey.
