Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 – Margaret Munnaluru has been elevated to the role of Executive Director, HR Business Partner – India & Southeast Asia at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA), marking a significant milestone in her decade-long journey with the organization.
Margaret has been associated with RGA for over ten years, most recently serving as Director HRBP – India Markets. Prior to that, she held the role of Senior HRBP – India Markets, where she partnered closely with business leaders to drive strategic workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people capability across India operations. Her elevation reflects her sustained impact in aligning HR strategy with business growth in one of RGA’s key markets.
Before joining RGA, Margaret served as Manager – HR at TOTO India Industries Pvt Ltd, where she led HR strategy and policy frameworks, restructuring and re-engineering initiatives, stakeholder management, compensation and benefits alignment, expatriate mobility, and performance management system design and implementation. Earlier in her career, she worked as Assistant Manager – HR at IMS, managing HR policies, payroll, grievance handling, and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
Margaret holds an Executive Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, strengthening her foundation in strategic HR leadership.
