Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, March 2026 — Dhirendra Nath has joined Altimetrik as Chief Human Resources Officer (Global CHRO), bringing over two decades of global HR leadership and transformation experience across technology, digital, and enterprise services organizations.
In his new role at Altimetrik, Dhirendra will lead the company’s global people strategy, focusing on talent transformation, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and culture building to support Altimetrik’s AI-first, product-oriented growth agenda. As the company accelerates enterprise AI adoption and digital engineering at scale, he will play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performance, future-ready workforce across its global operations.
Prior to joining Altimetrik, Dhirendra served as President & Group Chief People Officer at SLK Group, where he led enterprise-wide people transformation initiatives for over eight years, driving leadership capability, cultural alignment, and talent strategy to support the group’s global expansion.
Earlier, he spent over 11 years at Wipro, holding multiple senior HR leadership roles. As HR Leader for Product Engineering Services, he led HR for one of Wipro’s oldest and market-leading business units, spanning silicon, embedded software, software products, and engineering design services. He also played an instrumental role in building Wipro’s Advanced Technologies (SMAC/Digital) business and transforming its global sales engine. During his tenure in the US and India, he incubated new high-growth markets, set up HR operations across countries, built local leadership ecosystems, and defined end-to-end “Hire to Retire” frameworks for global sales teams.
Earlier in his career, Dhirendra held leadership roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, APJ Surrendra Group, and Pantaloon Retail India Ltd, where he drove large-scale organizational development, learning and development transformation, HR operations setup, and business-aligned HR strategy.
With deep expertise in organizational transformation, digital capability building, sales HR enablement, and global talent strategy, Dhirendra Nath brings strong leadership and execution capabilities to Altimetrik at a pivotal phase of AI-driven growth.
