Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 – Kamaljeet Kaur is set to assume the role of Chief Human Resource Officer at R R Kabel Limited effective March 9, 2026. She brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across infrastructure, manufacturing, financial services, and consumer sectors.
Most recently, Kamaljeet served as Chief People Officer at Gensol Group. Prior to that, she held multiple senior leadership roles at Sterlite Power, including Director and Group Chief Human Resources Officer, where she led HR strategy for large-scale infrastructure businesses and drove enterprise-wide people transformation initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she was associated with Serentica as Chief Human Resources Officer and served as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd.. Her professional journey also includes leadership roles at HeidelbergCement, HDFC Bank, Wrigley, and Hero MotoCorp Ltd, strengthening her expertise in talent management, organizational transformation, learning & development, and HR process excellence.
Kamaljeet holds a PGDM in HR from Symbiosis Center for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune.
