This promotion, effective since April 2024, underscores her extensive experience and dedicated service within the company.

Marrero-Rohn’s career at JPMorgan Chase has been marked by a steady ascent through key positions, reflecting her broad expertise across various facets of the financial services industry. Prior to her latest role, she served as an Executive Director Control Officer from September 2015 to April 2024, where she was instrumental in overseeing the implementation of strategic controls across the organization’s diverse portfolio.
From April 2012 to August 2015, she held the position of Executive Director Senior Implementation Manager, leading significant projects that enhanced the company’s operational frameworks. Her roles within the organization have also included Vice President Senior Product Manager and Vice President Client Service Manager, which she held until March 2012 and August 2009, respectively. Her journey at JPMorgan began in the audit department, where she spent over a decade refining the audit processes essential for maintaining the firm’s integrity and compliance.
