Chester, England, United Kingdom, December 2024 – Sidharth Sinha has joined EET HYDROGEN Power as the Head of People, marking a pivotal step in his illustrious HR career. Sidharth will lead EET H2 Power’s people strategy, focusing on attracting and developing talent to drive the company’s ambitious goals in the energy transition space.
Sidharth brings a wealth of experience from his role as Head HR at HT Digital Streams, where he drove HR innovation and talent strategies. Previously, he served as AVP & Group HR-COE at HT Media Ltd, where he was instrumental in implementing strategic HR initiatives.
During his nearly decade-long tenure at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., Sidharth held several critical roles, including Head of Corporate HR, where he managed rewards, senior-level recruitment, and strategic HR interventions. He also led the Rewards & Performance and HR Technology & Analytics verticals, pioneering the implementation of HR technology solutions across the group.
Sidharth’s early career includes significant roles at Voltas Limited and Datamatics Global Services, where he gained expertise in SAP HR consultancy, performance management, and HR technology implementation, including international assignments in Saudi Arabia and Switzerland.
