Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2026 – Maria Myloth has been elevated as Chief Financial Officer & Whole-Time Director at Schneider Electric President Systems Limited and Secure Power India Business, marking a significant leadership milestone in her distinguished career spanning over two decades in finance and business transformation.
In her expanded role, she will continue to drive financial strategy, governance, and business transformation, supporting Schneider Electric’s growth agenda in India while strengthening its leadership in energy technology and digital innovation.
Maria Myloth has spent over 13 years at Schneider Electric, where she has held several critical leadership roles across diverse business functions. Most recently, she served as Director – Finance Business Partner, working closely with the Global CTO organization to manage technology investments and contribute to the “future-ready finance performance measurement” transformation initiatives.
Earlier, she served as Finance Business Partner for Innovation and Technology, partnering with global leadership to drive financial insights for new technology initiatives within the Energy Management business. Her role involved strategic decision support and enabling innovation-led growth.
As FP&A Head for a Division, she led global financial planning and analysis, managing forecasting, performance reviews, and finance transformation initiatives across multiple geographies including North America, Europe, and Asia. She also played a key role in strengthening financial governance and performance measurement systems.
Her experience also includes serving as Finance Controller for the India R&D Center, Schneider Electric’s largest R&D hub, where she managed complex financial operations including transfer pricing, taxation, and compliance while supporting a large global engineering workforce.
Prior to Schneider Electric, Maria held roles at EXL Services Ltd and SOUKYA International Holistic Health Centre, where she built strong expertise in internal audit, compliance, financial control, and strategic finance leadership. She began her career with roles in accounting and financial management, laying a strong foundation for her future leadership journey.
