Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2026 – Mansi Chawla has joined ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) as Organizational Development Specialist, marking a significant step in her career in talent development, diversity, equity & inclusion, and organizational effectiveness.
In her new role, she will contribute to strengthening organizational capability, driving talent development initiatives, and supporting people-centric transformation strategies within a rapidly growing global digital infrastructure organization.
Mansi Chawla joins STT GDC after an extensive tenure at Kotak Life, where she spent nearly nine years in progressively senior HR roles. Most recently, she served as Assistant Vice President, leading key initiatives in talent management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness, contributing to strengthening leadership capability and employee engagement.
Prior to this, she held the role of Chief Manager at Kotak Life, where she continued to drive strategic HR initiatives focused on people development and organizational growth. Her work involved building frameworks to enhance employee experience and align talent strategies with business priorities.
Earlier, as Senior Manager – Lead for Employee Wellness and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, she played a pivotal role in advancing DEI and employee engagement initiatives, fostering a more inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.
She began her HR journey with an internship at FIS, where she worked on training design, employee engagement strategies, and talent acquisition processes, building a strong foundation in HR practices and organizational development.
