Bucharest, Romania, July 2024 – Maria Zoicas has joined Conectys as our new Chief People Officer. Leading the Global HR team, Maria will drive the people agenda across all Conectys geographies in 6+ countries and 3 continents.
Maria Zoicas joins Conectys from ING Romania, where she served as Strategic HR Business Partner & Global Talent for approximately 1 year and 6 months. In this role, she led the creation and implementation of the first talent accelerator at ING Romania, driving the global talent agenda and coaching business leaders to unleash their potential.
Prior to ING Romania, Maria was with Vodafone for about 1 year, where she held the position of Commercial Senior HR Business Partner & Talent. She built and led the Talent Agenda refresh across Vodafone Romania and spearheaded the communication and change management for the company-wide restructuring in 2022.
Maria also spent nearly 4 years at Coca-Cola HBC, where she held various roles including People and Culture Manager and Senior HR Business Partner Supply Chain. She managed HR operations for the supply chain and support functions, driving strategic people initiatives and coaching leaders.
Her earlier experience includes nearly 7 years at Nestlé, where she held multiple HR roles, including Recruitment & Change Manager, Hire to Retire Lead, and HR Business Partner. She managed large-scale business transformation change programs, strategic recruitment, employer branding, and HR processes for various departments.
