Mariana joined Palladium Hotel Group in early 2025 as Corporate Director of Human Resources for the Americas Division, where she led HR strategy and development across the company’s North American and Caribbean operations. Her success in driving engagement, optimizing workforce design, and enhancing the company’s employer brand positioned her for this well-deserved elevation to Vice President of People & Culture America, where she now leads regional HR strategy across multiple destinations and brands under the Palladium portfolio.
Before joining Palladium, Mariana served as Regional Human Resources Director for Mexico at Playa Hotels & Resorts, where she led HR transformation across luxury resort properties, focusing on organizational design, leadership development, and performance management. Her tenure strengthened talent pipelines and built agile HR systems aligned with the company’s rapid expansion across the region.
Earlier, she held leadership positions as Corporate Human Resources & Training Director at Park Royal Hotels & Resorts and Regional Director of Human Resources for the Americas Division at Flight Centre Travel Group, where she played a key role in global DMC operations, talent mobility, and leadership development across multiple countries. Her deep expertise in cross-cultural HR management and employee engagement helped both organizations achieve operational and cultural excellence.
Mariana’s career began with formative experiences at prestigious hospitality brands including Selina, The Westin Hotels & Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton, and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). Across these roles, she honed her skills in performance management, customer experience, and service leadership—laying the foundation for her people-first leadership philosophy that blends empathy with operational precision.
