Miami, Florida, United States, October 2025 — ML Tech, a leading AI-driven investment platform for digital asset markets, has announced the appointment of Marie A. Nuon as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). In her new role, Marie will continue to collaborate closely with Leo Mindyuk and Markus Leballeux to scale ML Tech’s operations, deepen strategic partnerships, and drive innovation in digital asset management.
Marie has been a key member of ML Tech’s leadership team for over a year and a half. Prior to assuming her new role, she served as Chief of Staff, where she oversaw strategic alignment across product, operations, and partnerships, helping strengthen the company’s market positioning. Earlier, as Head of Operations, she played a crucial role in optimizing workflows, building scalable systems, and enabling the platform’s AI-powered growth trajectory in digital asset management.
Before joining ML Tech, Marie held dual roles as Vice President of Operations at both Island Pay and CiNKO, where she led regional operational expansions and process excellence initiatives across fintech ecosystems in Latin America and the Caribbean. Her experience at these firms honed her expertise in regulatory compliance, fintech scaling, and cross-border operational leadership.
Marie’s earlier career includes a strong foundation in finance and education. She served as Director of Operations for FinTech and HealthTech Programs at MassChallenge, where she guided startups through growth acceleration, and as Associate Director of the Master of Finance Program at MIT Sloan School of Management, where she shaped academic and career success for finance professionals. Prior to that, she spent nearly nine years at West Financial Services, where she advanced from Analyst to Portfolio Manager, managing client portfolios and investment strategies across complex financial environments.
Marie began her professional journey as an Analyst at Investors Bank & Trust and later worked as an Intern at the U.S. Department of Labor, gaining early exposure to market systems and economic policy. She holds an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business.
