Prior to SEAL, Marija founded COMMA PR, a media relations agency supporting B2B and tech companies, and previously served as PR Manager at Joiner App, where she led high-impact launch campaigns across Baltic and global media platforms. She also held journalist positions at Alfa.lt, Novaya Gazeta, and Verslo žinios, developing a strong foundation in storytelling and public affairs.
