As CMO, she will lead initiatives focused on driving brand awareness, revenue growth, and cross-channel campaign execution—working across paid media, B2B collaborations, and digital marketing. With a proven track record in public relations and strategic communications, and having worked with startups, tech companies, and media outlets, she brings a wealth of experience to the leadership team.
Prior to SEAL, Marija founded COMMA PR, a media relations agency supporting B2B and tech companies, and previously served as PR Manager at Joiner App, where she led high-impact launch campaigns across Baltic and global media platforms. She also held journalist positions at Alfa.lt, Novaya Gazeta, and Verslo žinios, developing a strong foundation in storytelling and public affairs.
