United Kingdom – November 2025 — Marina Mologni has started a new role as Head of People & Culture for VT Global Business Partnering Functions (Corporate Functions) at Atlas Copco Group. In this role, she will lead the People Strategy across more than 10 countries, supporting over 1,200 colleagues and strengthening the organisation’s future capabilities through talent strategy, leadership development, and organisational excellence.
Before moving into this new role, Marina Mologni served as Global Talent, Learning & Development Manager at Atlas Copco Group, where she designed and executed capability frameworks, talent strategies, learning roadmaps, and leadership development initiatives to support business transformation and growth across regions and functions.
Prior to Atlas Copco Group, Marina worked as Global People Development Manager at Edwards Vacuum, where she focused on accelerating capability development, change management, coaching frameworks, and culture evolution to position the organisation for long-term success.
Marina spent more than 24 years with American Express in a variety of global senior leadership roles, including Director of Global Learning Design and Director of Learning Delivery – Europe & Japan. During her tenure, she led leadership development strategies, learning transformation programs, onboarding models for thousands of employees globally, and multiple strategic initiatives across employee experience, capability uplift, digital learning innovation, change management, engagement strategy, and diversity & inclusion. Her earlier roles at American Express included high-impact assignments in talent development, facilitation, organisational communication, performance management, and business transformation.
Marina began her career in Europe in roles across finance, learning, and customer operations before transitioning into global HR and learning leadership pathways.
